GENNARO DI PACE
After the hotel school in Calabria Gennaro Di Pace moves to Switzerland, but Italy's appeal is strong and forces him to return to Bologna, first at The Battibecco and then at the I Portici. After the meeting with Gino Fabbri and after winning the Prize “Innovazione Gastronomica della Federazione Italiana Cuochi”, he decided to return to Calabria and find a home in the Osteria Porta del Vaglio, in Saracena, in the Pollino National Park.
